Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items not returned in their original condition
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item received is incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos where possible. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
